ORDINANCE NO. 67-16
AN ORDINA,-NCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, TO
INCLUDE WITHIN THE B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS
DISTRICT A PORTION OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP
118, RANGE 22.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance. The zoning
ordinance of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted
November 9, 1949 and readopted on August 2, 1955 is hereby
�s amended to include the following described property within the
B-1 limited business district:
That part of the southeast quarter of the
northwest quarter of Section 35, Township
118, Range 22, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the
southeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 35, Township 118,
Range 22; thence west along the south
line of said southeast quarter of the
northwest quarter a distance of 647
feet; thence north along a line
parallel to the east line of said
southeast quarter of the northwest
quarter a distance of 998 feet; thence
east along a line parallel to the
south line of said southeast quarter of
the northwest quarter a distance of
648 feet more or less to the east line
of said southeast quarter of the
ncr thweet quarter; thence south along
said east line of said southeast quarter
of the northwest quarter to the point
of beginning,
also,
That part of the southwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 118,
Range 22, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner
of said southwest quarter of the

the South line of said southwest quarter
of..the, northeast quarter a .distance of
472 feet; thence north along a line
parallel to the west line of. said southwest
quarter of the northeast quarter'. a distance
of 998 'feet; thence west along a line
parallel to the south line of said southwest:
quarter of the northeast quarter a distance
of 472 ,feet more or less to the west line
of said southwest quarter of the northeast
quarter; thence south along said west
line of said southwest quarter of the
northeast quarter to the place of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date, This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth September 18, 1967.
