AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLY11OUT11 TO INCLUDE WITHIN
THE UMTIPLsr DWELLING ZONE A PORTION OF
SECTION'26, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. The 'Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth adopted on November 9, 1949
and readopted on August 2, 1955 is hereby amended to include
the following described property within the multiple dwelling zone
All that part of the North 50 rods of
of the Northwest quarter (NWJ) of the
Northwest quarter (NWj) of Section 36,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying East of the centerline
of County Road No. 70 and lying South
of the North 316 feet thereof.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council August 21, 1967.
