INCLUDE WITHIN TO UMTIPLE DWELLING ZONE
A PORTION OF SEMCM 28, TOWNSHIP 118,
RANGE 22
The Village Council of the Village of Plymouth do hereby
ordain as follower:
Section 1 - Amendment of Zoning Ordinance.
The zoning ordinance of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
adopted November 9, 1949 and readopted on August 2, 1955 is
hereby amended to include the following described property
within the multiple dwelling zone:
That part of Govt rnment Lot Seven (7)
corresponding to Block Nine (9),- Rearrange-
ment in Medicine Lake Third Park Division,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, including all of
Grand Avenue as vacated by Decree.of'District
Court, April 15, 1909, Section 25, Township
118, Range 22, containing 81 acres, more or
less, subject to public roads and streets, and
drainage ditch running through said Block 9.
Section 2 - Effective Date.
This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage load
publication.
Adopted by the Village Council August 14, 1967.
