TAIN PROPERTY WTTUIN THE B-3 9EkVICF BUSINESS
DISTRICT.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance. The zoning
ordinance of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted
November 9, 1949, and readopted on August 2, 1955 is hereby
amended to include the following described property within the
B-3 Service Business District:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 35, Township 118, Bangs 22, in the Village of Plymouth,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, thence West 146 and 31/100 feet, thence
Sou3h 15 degrees 35 minutes West to the Northerly line of State Highway
No. 55, thence Southerly along said Northerly line to the East line of
the Northeast 1/4, thence North to the point of beginning. y
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council July 24 , 1967.
