AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH TO INCLUDE WITH-
IN THE MULTIPLE .DWELLING ZONE PORTIONS OF
PHEASANT BILLS ADDITION AND PORTIONS OF
SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance The zoning
ordinance of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted
November 9, 1949 and readopted on August 2, 1955 is hereby
amended to include within the multiple dwelling zone the
following described land:
Lots 1, 2, 4, Block 2, Pheasant Hills Addition,
subject to State Highway No. 55, Lot 1, Block
3, subject to State Highway No. 55 and Lots 2
a,id 3, Block 3, and Lot 4, Block 3, lying east-
erly of a lino drawn from thu southeast corner
of Lot 5, Block 3, to the southeast corner of
Lot 3, Block together with that portion of
Teal Lane (to be vacated) lying south of State
Highway No. 35 and lyinrâ–º, northeasterly of a
line drawn frau the southeast corner of Lot 5,
Block 3, to the southeast corner of Lot 3,
Block 2, all in Pheasant Hills Addition. To-
gether with that part of the SEJ of Section
36, Township 1IS, Range 22, lying southerly
of State Highway No. 55, easterly ai.3 northerly
of Pheasant Hills Addition and lying westerly
of a line drawn from the most easterly corner
of Lot 2, Block 3, in said Addition to a point
in the southerly right of way line of said
Highway, distant 119 feet easterly, as was-
ured at right angles, from the east line of
Lot 1, in said Block 3, in said Addition.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be
effective upon its passage and publication.
