ORDINANCE NO. 67- 9
AN ORDINANCE INCORPORATING PROVISIONS
OF CHAPTER 169, MINNESOTA STATUTES
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
JDO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
{ Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Chapter IV.,
ISection 1. of the Ordinance Code of the Village of Plymouth is
?hereby amended by deleting Section 1.01 thereof and substituting
'the following therefor:
"1.01. The provisions of Chapter 169, Minnesota
Statutes, as hereinbefore enacted by the legislature
of the State of Minnesota are hereby readopted and
reincorporated in and made a part of this Code as
completely as though said provisions were set out
in such Code in full."
I Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall
ibecome effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 26th day of June,
11967.
