AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH TO INCLUDE WITHIN THE
MULTIPLE= DWELLING ZONE; CERTAIN LANDS IN SECTION
36, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
THE'VILLAGR COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section .1. Amendment of ,Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning
Ordinance of.the Village of Plymouth adopted November 9, 1949
and readopted August 2, 1955 is hereby amended to include the
following described property within the multiple dwelling zone:
The North half of that part of the South 15 acres
of tate Northwest qusirter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22 lying
Nest of the road,
and,
That part of Section 36 Township 118. Range 22
commencing at the Southwest corner of the North-,
crest quarter of said Section 3+6; thence North
to the Northwest corner of the South 15 acres
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of said Section 36; thence East along the North
line of said South 15 acres to the center line
of Medicine Lake Road; thence Southwesterly
along said center line to the Northeastcorner
of Registered Land Survey No. +694; thence North-
westerly along the Northerly line of said'Regstered
Lard Survey No. 694; thence West to the point of
beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council June 5, 1967.
