AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VIII, SECTION
6.02 RELATING TO THE LICENSE REQUIRED FOR
INSTALLATION OF INDIVIDiiAL SEWAGE 'DISPOSAL SYSTEMS
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE Or PLYMOUTH DO
HEr,EBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code.
Chapter VIII, Section 6.02 of the Village Code is
.hereby amended by deleting said Section 6.02 and substituting
the following therefor:
116.02. License and Bond Required - Renewal Date -
Tern - Fee. No person, firm or corporation shall engage
innf`e the of installing and constructing
sewage disposal systems within the municipality without
first obtaining a license to carry on such occupation
from the Council and procuring and posting with the
Clerk -Administrator a bond in the sum of $1,000.00
in favor of the municipality and the public,
conditioned upon the faithful performance of contracts
and compliance with this section. Such license shall k
be renewable annually on or before May lst of each
year and may be revoked or refused by the Council
for cause. The annual license fee shall be $25.00.
Any violation of the provisions of this section by
a licenseeor refusal of a licensee to correct
defective work shall be cause for such revocation or
refusal to rere, Luc._ License."
