ORDINANCE NO. 67-3
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A GENERAL CODE OF ORDINANCES
FOR THE VILLAGN OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - Adoption of Ordinance Code
1.01 The substantive ordinances of the Village
of Plymouth of a general and permanent nature are hereby
revised and codified in accordance with Section 412.191,
Subdivision 5, Minnesota Statutes.
1.02 Such codification consists of that certain
volume of ordinances published as "Village of Plymouth,
Ordinance Code, 1967" and all ordinances repealed by Section 2
hereof are superseded by such Ordinance Code.
Section 2 - Repeal of Ordinances
2.01 All ordinances of the Village of Plymouth
heretofore enacted, including all amendments thereto, except
those specifically set out and enumerated in Chapter I of such
Ordinance Code, are hereby repealed.
Section 3 - Effective Date
3.01 This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication and thereafter said Ordinance Code shall
become effective.

1967.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE CODE
PLEABB TAKE NOTICE, That the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota has by Ordinance No. 67 -
and pursuant to the authority contained in Section 412.191,
Subdivision 5, Minnesota Statutes, adopted an Ordinance Code
for the Village of Plymouth. Copies of such Ordinance Code
are available for public inspection in the office of the
Village Clerk -Administrator. Additional copies of such
Ordinance Code have been published for general distribution
upon payment of the prescribed charge.
