The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Zon-
ing Ordinance. The zoning ordi-
nance of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted November 9,
1949 and readopted on August 2,
1955 is hereby amended to in-
clude the following described
property within the industrial
Zane:
The Southeast '/a of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 12,
Township 118, Range 22
- and
That part of the West % of the
Northeast Yd of Section 12,
Township 118, Range 22, lying
South of the Minneapolis, St.
Paul and Ste. St. Marie Rail-
road right-of-way and lying
East of a line drawn parallel
with and 725 feet Westerly of,
measured at right angles, to the
East line of the West % of the
Northeast % of said Section 12.
Section 2. ESectivo Date. This
ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication,

January 23, 1967.

ANT ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA TO
INCLUDE WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE A POR-
TION OF SECTION,12, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE E2
Tho Village Council of the Village of Plymouth do hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance. The zoning ordinance
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted November h, 1949
and readopted on August 2, 1955 is hereby amended to include the
following described property within the industrial zone:
The Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 12,
Township 118, Range 22
-and-
That part of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1./4 of
Section 1.2, Township 118, Range 22, lying South of
the Minneapolis, St.. Paul and Ste. St. Marie Railroad
right-of-way and lying Bast of a line drawn parallel
with and 725 feet Westerly of, masured at right
angles., to the East line of the Nest 1/2 of the
Northeast 1/4 of said Section 12.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ardi.nance shall t1ce effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council January 23, 1967.
