THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance. The zoning
ordinance of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted
November 9, 1949 and readopted on August 2, 1955 is hereby
amended to include the following described property within
the commercial zone:
That part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 30, Township 118 North, Range
22 West, described as follows: Commencing at the
Southwest corner of said Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter; thence East 846.12 feet along
the South line thereof; thence deflecting left
900 a distance of 57 feet; thence deflecting left
300 along a line hereinafter referred to as Line
"A" a distance of 470 fest to the point of beginning
of the property being described; thence along a
tangential curve to the right having a radius of
160 feet and delta angle of 900 a distance of
251.33 feet; thence Northeasterly tangent to last -
said curve 98.97 feet; thenceto!'lacting 910 301
left a distance of 38.92 feet; thence along a tan-
gential curve to the left having a radius of 927
feet and delta angle of 220 301 a distance of 364.03
feet; thence Northwesterly tangent to last -said
curve 330 feet; thence along a tangential curve
to the right having a radius of 617.57 feet to
the North lane of said Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter; thence West along said North
line to the Northwest corner of said Southeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter; thence South
along the West line of said Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter a distance of 492.67 feet; thence
deflecting 690 02t left to the Northwesterly
extension of said Line "A"; thence Southeasterly to
the point of beginning.

South line thereof; thence deflecting left 900
to a point on the North line of the South 30 feet
of said Boutheast quarter of the Northeast quarter,
said point being the point of beginning of the
property being describers; thence continuing North
43.08 feet; thence deflecting left 300 a distance
of 486.07 feet; thence along a tangential curve to
the right having`a radius of 100 feet and delta angle
of 90o a distance of 157.08 feet; thence Northeasterly
tangent to last -said curve 100.54 feet thence
deflecting right 880'30' a distance of 91.08 feet; thence
along a tangential curare to the right having a radius
of 8767 feet and delta angle of 10 15' a distance of
191.27 feet; thenco Southeasterly tangent to last. -
said curve to said North line of the South 30 feet,
thanee Waist to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
