An Ordinance Amending the Zon-
ing Ordinance of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota. to In.
elude Within the Commercial
Zone A Portion of the West '/a
of Section 22, Township 116,
Range 22.
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows. -
Section 1. Amendment of Zon-
ing Ordinance. The zoning ordi-
nance of the Village of Plym-
outh, Minnesota, adopted Novem-
ber 9, 1949 and readopted on
August 2, 1955 is hereby amended
to include the following described
property within the commercial
zone:
That part of the South Half of
the Northwest Quarter and the
North half of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 22, Town-
ship 118 North, Range 22 West,
of the 5th Principal Meridian,
described as follows: Beginning
at a point 6.11 chains East of
the Northwest corner of the
Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of said Sec-
tion 22, thence South 39.80
chains to the South 1/16 line
of said Section; thence East
6.13 chains; thence North 39.80
chains; thence West 6.11 chains
to place of beginning, excepi
that part thereof. lying South-
westerly of the Southwesterly
line of new State Highway No.
55, according to the U. S. Gov-
ernment survey thereof and sit-
uated in Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This
ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
November 21, 1966.
