An Ordinance Amending the Zon-
ing Ordinance of the Village
of Plymouth to Include Within
the Commercial Zone Certain
Lands in Section 35. Township
118. Range 2L
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section I --Amendment of Zon-
ing Ordinance.
The Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Plymouth adopted No-
vember 9, 1949 is hereby amend-
ed to include the following de-
scribed property within the Com-
mercial Zone:
That part of the Northeast V4
of the Northeast %, Section 35,
Township 118, Range 22, de-
scribed as follows: Commenc-
ing at the Southwest corner of
the Northeast '!4 of the North-
east Ye, Section 35, Township
118, Range 22, then running
Northerly along the Westerly
line of said quarter -quarter a
distance of 138.5 feet, thence
East at right angles, to the cen-
ter line of West Medicine Lake
Road; t h e n c e Southeasterly
along said center tine of said
Road to the intersection of the
center line of said Road with
the South line of the afore-
said quarter -quarter, t h e n c e
Westerly along said Southerly
line to point of beginning, ex-
cept that part thereof described
as follows: Commencing at the
Southwest corner of said quar-
ter -quarter; t h e n c e running
Northerly along the Westerly
line of said quarter -quarter a
distance of 138.5 feet; thence
East at right angles a distance
of 258.5 feet; thence Southwest-
erly to the South line of said
quarter -quarter to a point 238.5
feet East on said South line
from the Southwest corner of
said quarter -quarter; thence
Westerly to the paint of begin-
ning,
and
commencing at a point on the
North line of the Southeast %
of the Northeast % distant
238.5 feet Easterly from the
Northwest c o r n e r thereof;
thence Fast 251.8 feet; thence
at an angle of 81"30' to the
right 116.5 feet; thence West-
erly parallel with the North
line of the Southeast Y4 of the
Northeast 1/4 distant 100 feet;
thence Southerly at right an-
gles 88.6 feet to the Northerly
line of County Road No. 6;
thence Westerly along said
road line 168.6 feet; thence
North 173.8 feet to beginning,
except State Highway.
Section 2—This Ordinance shall
become effective upon its pas-
sage and publication.

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 - AMENDUENT OF ZONING ORDINANCE.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth adopted
November 2, 1999 is hereby amended to include
the followinh described property within the Comercial
Zone:
That part of the Northeast j of the Northeast J,
Section 35, Township 118, Rangc 22, described as
f ollowa z Comm acting at the Southnest corner of the
Northeast I of the Northeast }, Section 35, Township
1180 Range 22, then running Northerly along the Westerly
line of said quarter -quarter a distance of 138.8 feet,
thence East at right angles, to the caner line of West
Medicine Lake Road; thence Southeasterly along said
center line of said Read to the intersection of the
center line of said Load with the South line of the
