The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows;
SECTION I. AiITDitENT OF
ZONING ORDINANCE.
The Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Plymouth, adopted No-
vember 9, 1919 and re -adopted on
August 2, 1955, is hereby amend-
ed to include the following de-
scribed property within the com-
mercial zone:
That part of North % of South-
east W of Northeast % of Sec-
tion 18, Township 118, Range
22, described as follows: com-
mex,cing at the intersection of
the South boundary line of the
North % of Southeast % of
Northeast % of Section 18.
Town" 118, Range 22 and the
Southwesterly boundary lino of
New State highway Number $5,
thence Northwesterly a l o n g
said boundary line 281.25 feet;
thence at an angle Southwest-
erly to a point on the East
L - ndary line of Highway No.
101, 78.15 feet to a point 135.6
feet North of the intersection
of the South boundary line of
said North ifs and the East
boundary line of said Highway
No. 101; thence South slung
Highway Line 135.6 feet; tbence
East to the point of beginning.
SECTION II. EFFECTIVE
DATE.
This Ordinance shall take ef-
fect upon itc passage and publi-
cation.
Adopted by the Village Coun-
cil, August 29, 1966.
