AN ORDINANCE AllEhDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
Or PLYMOUTH TO INCLUDE WITHIN THE LIGHT INDOSTRISL ZONE
CERTAIN LANDS IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. - Amendment of Zoning Ordinance
The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth
adopted November 9, -A9, and readopted on August 29 1955,
is hereby amended to include the following described
property within the Light Industrial Zone:
That part of the North 112 of Section 36, Township
118. Range 22, Plymouth Village, Hennepin County
Minnesota, described as Lots 23, 24, 25, Plymouth
Gardens Addition except the East 167 feet thereof.
Section 2. - Lffective Date
This ordinance shall take offset upon its passage
and p"licatien.
Adopted by the Village Council August 1, 1966.
