U-12 An Ordinance Amending the Building Code of the Village of Plymouth by Incorporating the Uniform Sign Code Therdn Section 1. Amendment of Build. ing Code by Adoption ad Uni- form Sign Code by Reference. There is hereby adopted and incorporated into the building code of the Village of Plym- outh, by reference, that certain uniform sign code prepared and published by the International Conference of Building Officials for general circulation and use which is entitled, "Uniform Sign Code, 1964 Edition." Section L Official Copies. Three (3) copies of said "Uni- form Sign Code, 1964 Edition," shall be marked as official copies and filed for reference and inspection in the office of the Village Clerk. Section 3. ConWet with Ordinance No. W. Whenever any of the provi- sions of said "Uniform Sign Code. 1964 Edition," conflict with or are contrary to the pro- visions of Ordinance No. W. entitled "An Ordinance Pro- viding for the Regulation of Signs Within the Village of Plymouth and Repealing All Prior Ordinances Relating Thereto," the provisions of Or- dinance No. 66 shall prevail and conflicting provisions of said "Uniform Sign Code, 1964 Edition" shall not be applicable. Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon its rassage and publication. Adopted by the Village Coun- cil this 16th day of May, 1966.
