Percolation Tests for Individual
S*wage Disposal Systems.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordi-
nanca
1.01—Section 5.05 of Ordinance
65-7 of the Village of Plymouth
adopted March 1, 1985 is hereby
amended by deleting the first
paragraph of stab -section F. there-
of and substituting the following
therefor:
"5.05 Subsurface Disposal
held* ... F. At or prior to the
application for a building per-
mit, the contractor or owner
shall cause to be made by a
registered soil testing engineer
a soil bore test to establish the
static water table and also a
percolation test, and shall sub-
mit the results to the building
official, togrether with a layout
and precise location of the pro-
posed system, location of well
and recommended number of
square feet of drainfield re-
quired according to Table 2.
Section 2. Effective Date.
2.01 ---This Ordinance shall be-
come effective upon its r�L-vsage
and publication.
