An Ordinance Amending the Zon-
ing Ordinance of the Village of
Plymouth to Include within the
Commercial Zona Certain Lands
in Section lb, Township 118,
Range 22
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zon-
ing Ordinance.
The Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Plymouth adopted No-
vember 9, 1949 is hereby amend-
ed to include the following de-
scribed property within the Com-
mercial Zone:
The West 324.7 feet of that
pari of the North % of the
Northwest Quarter of the South-
east Quarter (N %, NW 1/4, SE
114) of Section 15, Township 118
North, Range 22 West, which
lies South of the center of the
Rockford Road (County Road
No. 9); except for the following
described parcel:
Commencing at the South-
west corner of said North %
of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Of
said Section 15; thence East
along the South line of said
North 3/4 of the NW 1/4 of the
SE % of said Section 15 a dis-
tance of 324.65 feet; thence de-
flecting to the left at an angle
of 123°, 57', 30" a distance of
185.63 feet; thence deflecting to
the left at an angle of 40% 28'
a distance of 71.8 feet; thence
deflecting to the left at an angle
of 52" to the West line of the
NW 1/4 of the SE % of said
Section 15; thence South along
said West line to the point of
beginning;
and except that parcel along
County Road No. 9 taken by
the State of Minnesota for high-
way purposes (Doc. #3518880,
Book #2476, Pg. #4(Y7, Hen. Co.)
Section 2. This Ordinance shall
become effective upon passage
and publication.

THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth
adopted November 9, 1949 is hereby amended to include
the following described property within the Commercial
Zone:
The Nest 324.7 feet of that part of the North 3/4
of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
(N 3/4, NW 1/4, BE 1/4) of Section 15, Township
118 North, Range 22 west, which lies South of the
center of the Rockford Road (County Road No. 9);
except for the following described parcel:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said forth 3/4
of the NW 1/4 of the SS 1/4 of said section 15;
thence East along the South line of said !forth 3/4
of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 15 a
distance of 324.65 feet• thence deflecting to the
left at an angle of 123, 57•, 30" a distance of
185.63 feet- thence deflecting to the left at an
angle of 406, 28' a distance of 71.8 feel; thence
deflecting to the left at an angle of 52v to the
West line of the NW 1/4 of the BE 1/4 of said
Section 15; thence South along said West line to
the point of beginning;

by the State of Minnesota for highway purposes
