An Ordinance Amending Ordi-
nance No. 56 Relating to the
Platting of Land
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth Do Hereby Or-
dain As Follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordi-
nance.
1.01. Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 58, adopted on the 3rd day
of June, 1958, is hereby amended
by adding the following thereto
as Section 2-A:
"2-A. The preliminary plan
and proposed plat Shall be re-
ferred to the Village Planning
Commission for their considera-
tion and recommendation. The
Planning Commission shall hold
a public hearing thereon after
notice of the time and place of
such hearing has been published
once in the official newspaper of
the Village at least ten days be-
fore the day of the hearing. Fol-
lowing such hearing, the Plan-
ning Commission may approve or
disapprove the proposed plat. The
proceedings of the Planning Com-
mission with respect to such plat
shall he transmitted to the Village
Council and if the Planning Com
mission has disapproved Baia
plat, the grounds of such disap
proval shall be stated. Failure of
the Planning Commission to act
on such proposed plat within 60
days from and after the date of
the hearing shall be deemed ap-
proval of such plat. The Village
Council shall be the platting au-
thority within the meaning of
Chapter 462, Minnesota Statutes,
i,nd shall finally approve or dis-
approve such plat."
Section 2. Effective Date.
2.01. This Ordinance shall be-
come effective upon its passage
and publication.

January 17, 1966.
