ORDINANCE NO. 65-13
An Ordinance Relating to the
Possession and c ommnmpdon of
InioodralbW and lion-Intoxi-
caling Uquars by a Minor.
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth Does hereby
Ordain as ]Follows-.
Section 1. Definitions.
1.01 "Minor" when used herein
shall mean any person of either
sex who has not attained the age
of 21 years.
1.02 "Beer" or "non -intoxicat-
ing malt liquor" when used here-
in shall mean any malt liquor or
beverage which contains not less
than % of 1% and not more than
3.2% of alcohol by weight.
1.03 "Guardian" when used
herein shall mean any person
who ',as been appointed or desig-
nated by a Court of ret-ord as the
guardian of any minor.

2.01 it shall be unlawful for
any rainor to consume non -intox-
icating malt liquor unless in the
company of his parents or guard-
ian.
2.02 It shall be unlawful for
.qny minor to have in his poses-
sion any non -intoxicating malt
liquor, with intent to colmme
the same at a place other than the
household of his parent or. guard-
ian. Possession of such non-+n-
toxicating malt liquor at a place
other than the household of his
parents or guardian shall be pri-
ma facie evidence of intent to
consume the same at a place oth-
er than the household of his par-
ent or guardian.
2.03 It shall be unlawful for
any person to induce a minor to
purchase or procure non-intoxi-
eating malt liquor or for any per-
son other than the parent or
guardian to procure non-intoxi-
eating malt liquor for any minor.

3.01 It shall be unlawful for
any minor to consume any intox-
icating liquor or to purchase, at-
tempt to purchase or have an-
other purchase for him any in-
toxicating liquor.
3.02 It shall be unlawful for
any minor to have in his posses-
sion any intoxicating liquor, with
Intent to consume the same at a
place other than the household
of his parent or guardian. Pos-
session of such intoxicating liquor
at a place other than the house-
hold of his parent or guardian
shall be prima facie evidence of
intent to consume the same at a
place other than the bambold of
his parent or guardian.
3.03 It shall be unlawful for
any person to misrepresent or
misstate his age, or the age of
any other person, for the purpose
of inducing any licensee or the
employee of any licensee, or any
employee of the Plymouth Muni-
cipal Liquor Store, to sell, serve
or deliver any alcoholic beverage
to any minor.
Section L penalty.
4.01 A violation of any of the
provisions of this ordinance shah
be a misdemeanor punishable by
a fine of not more than $100.04
or by imprisonment for not more
than 90 days.

5.01 This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and pub-
lication.
