An Ordinance Amending Ordi-
nance No. 63.13 of the village
of Plymouth Relating to )Mem-
bership in the Plymouth Plan-
ning Commission
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth Do Hereby Or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordi-
nance No. 63-13
1.01 Ordinance No. 63-13 is
hereby amended by repealing
Section 3.01 thereof and substi-
tuting the following therefor:
"3.01--3'here shall be eleven
(I1) members of said commis-
sion to be appointed in the
manner hereinafter set forth."
1.02 Ordinance No. 63-13 is
hereby further amended by re-
pealing Section 3.03 thereof and
substituting th ,� fallowing there-
for:
•,3.03 -Seven (Y) members of
the commission shall be ap-
pointed from the village at
large."
1.03 Of the two (2) additional
members of the Planning Com-
mission as provided in this ordi-
nance, one (1) shall serve for a
period of three (3) years from and
after January 1, 1965 and one (1)
shall serve for a period of two (2)
years from and after January 1,
1965. Thereafter, said two (2) ad-
ditional members shall serve for
a term of three (3) years as pro-
vided in Se^_tion 3.04 of Ordinance
No. 63-13.
Section 2. Ef octi a Date. This
ordinance shal) become effective
upon its passage and publication.
