An Ordinance Amending Ordl-
nance No. 64.2 of the Village of
Plymiwth RNating to the Ap-
pointment of the Chairman of
the Park k Recreation Advisory
Commission
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1—Amendment ad Ordi-
Ordinance No. 64-2 of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth is hereby amend-
ed by repealing Section 4.01
thereof and substituting the fol-
lowing therefor:
"4.01—The Chairman of the
Commission shall b, appointed
by the Mayor from among the
members of the Commission
. nd shall serve for a term of
one (1) year commencing Jan-
uary 1st of each year except
for the year 1965 in which year
the appointment shall be made
effective March 1st."
Section 2—Effective Dab.
This Ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
the lith day of January, 1965.
