An Ordinance Amending Ordi-
nance No. 63.13 d the Village
of Plymouth Relating to the
Appointment of the Chairman
of the Village Planning Com-
mission
The Village Council of the Vil-
iage of Plymouth do hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1 --Amendment o! Or-
dinance No. 69-13
Ordinance No. 63-13 is hereby
amended by repealing Section
4.01 thereof and substituting the
following therefor:
4.01 --The Chairman of the
Commission shall be appointed
by the Mayor from among the
members of the Commission
and shall serve for a term of
one (1) year."
Section 2—Effective Data,
This Ord nance shall 1,ecome
effective uron its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
the 11th day of January, 1965.
