Range 22. and therefore amending the :ovine ordinance of the Village of Plymouth. The Village Council of the Vil- lage of Plymouth does hereby or- dain as follows: Section 1. Section 11 of Plym- outh Village Zoning Ordinance No. 2 as amended is hereby fur- ther amended by adding to and including within said Section 11 the following described parcel: That part of the Northwest is of the Southeast % of Sec- tion 15, Township 119, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minne- sota, described as follows: Commencing at the North- west corner of said Northwest 1/s of the Southeast %; thence East along the North line of said Northwest Y4 of the South- east 3/4 distant 855.7 feet; thence deflecting to the right 79° 27" distant 178.25 feet to a point on a line drawn parallel to and 170.89 feet South of said North A ne, said point being the actual point of beginning; thence con- tinuing along the last described course 255.0 feet to the center- line of County Road 9; thence Westerly along said centerline 250.0 feet to the Easterly boun- dary line of the Easterly ap- proach to Inter tate Highway 984; thence Northerly along said Easterly line to the North- erly right of way line of Coun- ty Road 9; thence Northwest- erly along the Northerly boun- dary line of said Easterly ap- proach to its intersection with the Easterly boundary line of the ponding area of said Inter- state Highway 484; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said ponding area to its intersection with said parallel line; thence East along said parallel line to the point of be- ginning. Containing 2.0 acres, more or less, including road. Section L The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to change and amend the zoning map of the Village of Piyasouth so as to show the above said par- cel as zoned "commercial'.
