An Ordinance Amending Section
1 of Ordinance No. 53 of the
Village of Plymouth as Amend-
ed by Ordinance No. 59-14 of
the Village of Plymouth
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth Do Hereby Or-
dain As Follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordi-
nanw.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 58
of the Village of Plymouth adopt-
ed by the Village Council of said
Village on June 3,19W as amend-
ed by Ordinance No. 59-18 of the
Village of Plymouth adopted by
the Village Council of said Village
on June 13, 1959, is hereby
amended by substituting in Sec-
tions 1.01, 1.02 and 1.09 thereof
the words "ten (10) acres" in lieu
of the words "2% acres" when-
ever such expression occurs in
each of said Sections.
Section 2. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become
effective upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth this
16th day of December, 1983.
