AN ORDINANCE REPEALING
ORDINANCE NM 61.6
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:
Section 1. Repeal of Ordinance.
Ordinance No. 61-6, an ordi-
n a n c e granting a franchise to
Hadley Hills Water Co. to con-
struct, operate and maintain a
water system in the Village of
Plymouth, which ordinance was
adopted by the Village Council
May 16, 1661, is hereby repealed.

This ordinance shall become ei
fective upon its passage and pub-
lication.
Adopted by the Village Council
this 18th day of November, 1963.
