An Ordinance repealing the pro-
vision of Ordinances 584 and
61-4 of the Village of Plymouth
relating to the creation of a
Village Planning Commission.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:
Section I. Repeal of Ordinances.
Ordinances No. 59-3 adopted
February 3, 1959 and 61-4 adopt-
ed April 11, 1961 are repealed
effective on November 1, 1963.
Section 2. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall take ef-
fect upon its passage and publica-
tion_
Adopted by the Village Council
October 14, 1963.
