AN ORDINANCL AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 61.1
RELATING TO MULTIPLE
DWELLINGS
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLit7MOUTH
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Sect -on 1. Amendment of Exist-
ing Ordinanc*.
Section 2.02 of Ordinance Pio.
61-1 :s hereby deleted and the
following substituted therefor:
"Section 2.02 — A `multiple
dwelling' is hereby defined as
any structure occupied or intend-
ed to be occupied exclusively for
residence purposes and contain-
ing two or more separate resi-
dential units."
Section 2. EBecHvo Date.
This Ordinance shall become ef-
fective upon its passage and pub-
lication.
Adopted by the Village Coun-
cil October 7th, 1963.
