Village of Plymouth
An Ordinance Amending Ordi-
nance 60-7 so as to Regulate
and Control the Keung of
Livestock within the Village of
Plymouth
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth Do Hereby Or-
dain as Follows:
Section 1—Amendment of Or-
dinance
Ordinance No. 60-7 of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth is hereby
amended by adding the following
thereto as Section 4A:
"4A—Livestock
4A.01 No person or persons
keeping horses, cattle, swine,
sheep, goats, mink, foxes, musk-
rats, raccoons or polecats upon
lands or premises in the Village
of Plyr_south which are zoned
Residential, Commercial or In-
dustrial shall suffer or permit
the accumulation of manure,
rubbish, tra'K�tter -or other
offensive, nauseous or unhealth-
ful substances on such lands or
Premises. The accumulation of
such substances on such lands
or premises is deemed to be in-
jurious to the public health and
welfare of the Village of Plym-
outh and is declared to be a
public nuisance.
i 4A.02 No person or persons
keeping horses, cattle, swine,
sheep, goats, mink, foxes, musk-
rats, raccoons or polecats upon
any lands or premises in the
Village of Plymouth adjoining
or abutting lands which are
zoned Residential, Commercial
or Industrial, shall suffer or
permit the accumula,tian of
manure, rubbish, trash, litter or
Jt er offensive, nauseous or un-
healthful substances within a
distance of 60Q,fegt of such ad-
joining and abJAqPL lands. 4 The
accumulation of such substances
within 600 feet of such abutting
and adjoining lands is deemed
to be injurious to the public
health and welfare of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth and is de-
clared to be a public nuisance."
Section 2--ERective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect
from and after its passage and
publication.
