AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE

HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal of Ordinance.
Ordinance No, 62-7, an ordinance granting,
a franchise to Birchwood Estates Water Company
to construct, operate and maintain a water sys-
tem in the Village of Plymouth, which ordinance
was adopted by the Village Council July 3, 1962,
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall become effective upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council this 16th day of
April, 1963.
