ORDINANCE NO. 62-23
An Ordinance Amending the
Building Code of the Village of
Plymouth Relating to Building
Permit Fees
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth Do Hereby Or-
dain As Follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Uni-
form Building Code.
Section 303 (a) of the Uniform
Building Code, 1961 Edition, Vol-
ume 1, adopted by the Council on
May 16, 1961, as amended, is
hereby further amended by delet-
ing Table No. 3-A—Building Per-
mit Fees, as modified by Ordi-
nance No. 61-22 dated December
21, 1961 and substituting the fol-
lowing therefor:
"Table No. 3-A—Building
Permit Fees
Residential Construction
Total Valuation Fee
$250.00 or less .......................No fee
$251.00 to $15,000.00 ..............$20.00
Each Additional $1,000.00
or fraction thereof over
$15,000.00 .............................. 1.00
A minimum fee of $10.00 shall
pi evail for residential remodeling
or repairs. In addition to the
above a fee of $7.50 shall be paid
for outside plumbing and a fee of
$7.50 shall be paid for any repairs
or additions to existing outside
plumbing facilities.
Commercial and Industrial
Construction
No fee for work costing less than
$250.00.
$1.00 in fees for each 1,000 cubic
feet of space measured from 6
inches below the top of the floor
to the top of the roof.
A minimum fee of $25.00 shall be
charged for all new construc-
tion and new additions thereto.
A minimum fee of $10.00 shall
be charged for all remodeling
or alteration work.
Plumbing work shall require a
separate plumbing permit and
fees therefore shall be charged
as follows:
$5.00—from 1 up to and includ-
ing 8 fixtures
$1.00—each additional fixture
over 8
$7.50 --Outside Plumbing Per-
mit"
Section 2. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become
eff -etive upon its passage and
puolication.

this 18th day of December, 1962.
