Section 1. Amendment of Or-
dinance.
1.01 --Ordinance No. 59-6 of the
Village of Plymouth adopted by
the Village Council on March 3,
1959, is hereby amended by de-
leting therefrom all references
therein to drive-in theaters.
1.02—From and after the date
of the passage and publication of
this ordinance the licensing and
regulating of the drive-in thea-
ters shall no longer be governed
or affected by the provisions of
Ordinance No. 59-6.
Section 2. Effective date.
2.01 ---This ordinance shall be-
come effective upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
this 30th day of October, 1962.
