Ing to Drive-in Theaters The Village Council of the Vil- lage of Plymouth Do Hereby Or- dain As Follows: Section 1. Amendment of Ex- isting Ordinances 1.01 Section 12 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Plym- outh is hereby amended by delet- ing sub -paragraph 9 thereof and substituting the following there- for: "Section 12 ... 9. Theaters, other than drive-in theaters, financial institutions and professional offices." 1.02 Section 12 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Plym- outh is hereby further amended by deleting sub -paragraph 21 thereof and substituting the fol- lowing therefor: "Section 12 ... 21. The following uses shall be permitted in the Commer- cial District by Special Per- mit only: a) Tourist camps and trailer parks b) Dance Halls and indoor skating rinks c) Refreshment parlors or taverns d) Drive-in Theaters e) Other business uses which in the opinion of the Vil- lage Council are of the same general character as the uses enumerated in sub -paragraphs a) through d) above. No special permit shall be issued when, in the judg- ment of the Village Council, the use proposed will be or is apt to become offensive or detrimental by reason of location, noise, vibration, smoke, fumes, odors, dust, lighting, traffic congestion and hours of operation." Section 2. Effective Date 2.01 This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publi- cation. Adopted by the Village Council the 16th day of October, 1962. Thos. J. Keefe, (Seal) Mayor H. T.
