VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
ORDINANCE NO. 62-16
An Ordinance Amending Ordi•
nance No. 62.10 Relating to
Regulating the Construction of
Residential Garage Buildings in
the Village of Plymouth
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth Do Hereby Or-
dain As Follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordi.
nance
1.01 Section 4 of Ordinance
No. 62-10 of the Village of Plym-
outh is hereby amended by delet-
ing Section 4.03 thereof and sub-
stituting the following therefor:
"Section 4.03 --Except for two-
family residences, no more
than one attached residential
garage and one detached resi-
dential garage shall be per-
mitted on any one lot."
1.02 Section 4 of Ordinance No.
62-10 of the Village of Plymouth
is hereby further amended by
adding the following thereto as
Section 4.04:
"Section 4.04 --Two family resi-
dences shall have no more than
two residential garages, either
attached or detached on any
one lot."
1.03 Section 5 of Ordinance
No. 62-10 of the Village of Plym-
outh is hereby amended by delet-
ing Section 5.02 thereof and sub-
stituting the following therefor:
"Section 5.02—The total area of
residential garages shall not
exceed one thousand (1,000)
square feet in area for any one
residence."
Section 2. Effective Date
2.01 This Ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publi-
cation.
