ORDINANCE NO. 62.14
An Ordinance amending an Ordi-
nance regulating and providing
for the Licensing of Outdoor
Advertising Signa, known as
Chapter 61 of the Ordinances
of the Village of Plymouth, so
as to require the display of
permit numbers.
The Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth do hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Au mIn ent of ZxId-
ins Ordinances.
Section 4 of the ordinance
adopted January 8, 1956 and en-
titled "An Ordinance Regulating
and Providing for the Licensing
of Outdoor Advertising Signs," as
amended, is further amended by
adding the following thereto as
subsection (j):
"(j) Each sign shall bear, in a
conspicuous place thereon, the
number of the permit issued to
the permittee. Renewals of sign
permits shall bear the same num-
ber as the original permit issued."
Section 2. Effective Data.
This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Coun-
cil September 25, 1962.
