An Ordinance Amending Ordi-
nance No. 62-10 Providing for
Waiver Provisions in Hardship
Cases
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth, do hereby or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 82-10
of the Village of Plymouth adopt-
ed August 7, 1982, is hereby
amended by adding the following
thereto as Section 10:
"Section 10—Walver by TU -
]age Council. The Village Coun-
cil, upon a showing and deter-
mination that any of the provi-
sions of this Ordinance would
result in a hardship to any ap-
plicant by reason of unusual
terrain, topographical condltions
or necessity, based upon appro-
priate use of the premises in
question, may waive any of the
requirements of Sections 4, 5,
8 and 7."
Section 2- This Ordinance shall
take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
September 18, 1582.
