Ineligible for the Grant of
Licenses
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth Do Hereby
Ordain AL Follows:
Section 1. Amendment of OnS.
nance No. 60.1L
Ordinance No. 60-12 of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth is hereby
amended by striking out Section
5 thereof and substituting the
following therefor:
"Section 5. Places Ine8gible.
No license shall be granted for
sale on any premises where any
license hereunder has been re-
voked for cause until one (1) year
has eLpsed after such revoca-
tion."
Section 2. Effective nets.
This Ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
September 4. 1962.
