THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Chap.
ter L The Building Code of the
Village of Plymuth ' TJniform
Building Code, 1061 Edition, Vol-
ume 1") is hereby amended by
striking the third sentence of Sec-
tion 901 (d) and substituting the
following therefor:
"Sec 301. .
(d) ..... Plans shall include
a Surveyor's plot plan showing
(1) the location of the proposed
building, (2) the location of every
existing building on the property
and (') the location of all wells,
septic tanks, drainfields and/or
cesspoo.s in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 59-14

Section 2. Effective Date. This
ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage and publication.

cil this IW. day of June, 1982.
