An Ordinance to Include Within
the Residential Zoning Class'!.
Ocation for the Village of Plym-
outh Certain Property Located
in Section 30. Township 116.
Range 22 and Therefore Amend-
ing the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Plymouth.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS ML_
LOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Plym-
outh Village Zoning Ordinance
No. 2 as amended is hereby fur-
ther amended by adding to and
including within the residential
district the following described
land:
"That part of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quar-
ter of Section 30, Township 118,
Range 22, lying southwesterly
of State Highway No 101."
Section L The Village Clerk is
hereby directed and authorized
to change and amend the zoning
map of the Village of Plymouth
so as to show the above said par-
cel as zoned "residential."
Section 3. This ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
June 19, 1962.
