An Ordinance Amending Ordi-
nance 61-14 Regulating the
Moving of Buildings Over
Streets and Alleys in the Vil-
la"
The Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth Do Hereby Or-
dain As Follows:
Section 1. Aauendmeat to Ordi-
nance No. 61-14.
Ordinance No. 61-14 of the Vil-
lage of Plymouth is hereby
amended by adding the following
thereto as Section 5.02 sub -section
H:
"H. That the building pro-
posed to be moved is in excess
of fifteen (15) years of age."
Section 2. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall take effect
upon its publication.
Adopted by the Village Council
March 6, 1962.
