AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 5405 AND 5335 VICKSBURG LANE NORTH

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-3 (single family detached 3) with
respect to the roughly 1.3 -acre property presently legally described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Creek Ridge Second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immmnediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on August 13, 2013.
