A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR REGENCY CENTERS
FOR NEW SITE LIGHTING AT ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA LOCATED AT 4190 VINEWOOD
LANE (2013060)
WHEREAS, Regency Centers has requested approval of a site plan amendment for new
site lighting at Rockford Road Plaza on property legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 2, Rockford Road Plaza, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
meeting and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request
by Regency Centers for a site plan amendment for new site lighting, subject to the following
conditions:
1. A site plan amendment is approved for new site lighting, in accordance with the application
and plans received by the city on July 19, 2013 and July 31, 2013, except as amended by this
resolution.
2. The approval is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation
thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
3. The site plan amendment shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property
owner or applicant has started the project, or unless the applicant, with the consent of the
property owner, has received prior approval from the city to extend the expiration date for up
to one additional year, as regulated under section 21045.09 of the zoning ordinance.
