RESOLUTION No. 2013-250
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LETTER OF CONCURRENCE
TO THE FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, Metropolitan Council staff requests that the City of Plymouth, send the Federal
Transit Administration a letter of concurrence designating the Metropolitan Council as the eligible,
designated recipient of federal transit formula fiends for the metropolitan region;
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is a regional transit provider receiving fiends through the
Metropolitan Council; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, approves the letter of concurrence to the Federal Transit
Administration.
