RESOLUTION No. 2013-246
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR VOTING EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, earlier in 2013, Hennepin County solicited Requests for Proposals for Precinct
Counters;
WHEREAS, the proposals and equipment were reviewed by Hennepin County and Hennepin
County city clerks;
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared Agreement No. A-131259 and Addendum A for the
Leasing of 28 DS200 Digital Scan Precinct Count Units and associated equipment and 28 AutoMark
Voter Assist Terminals and associated equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, approves Lease Agreement No. A-131259 and Addendum A with
Hennepin County for Voting Equipment.
