RESOLUTION No. 2013-238
DECLARING VACANCY TO EXIST IN
WARD 4 CITY COUNCIL SEAT
WHEREAS, Gumv Black Nvas elected to the Ward 4 Council position for a term to expire
December 31, 2014; and
WHEREAS, Gumv Black has submitted her resignation from her Ward 4 council seat effective
September 30, 2013; and
WHEREAS, on August 13, the PIN -mouth City Council accepted her resignation to be effective on
September 30, 2013.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the PIN -mouth City Council declares that a vacanev
exists in the Ward 4 City Council seat effective September 30, 2013.
Adopted by the PIN -mouth City Council on August 13, 2013.
