Pursuant to due call and notice thereof , ar gu l ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of
December 1988. The following were present:
Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOUynCH NO.88-898
WHEREAS, the City has accumulated a balance within the Aevemue Sharing Fund;
and
WHEREAS, the Central Equipment Fund has expended funds for Capital
Expenditures; and
WHEREAS, Federal Revenue Sharing Funds may be expended for Capital
Expenditures; and
WHEREAS, the City Finance Director recammids that the ROVenue Sharing Funds
be transferred to the Central Equipment Fund for the payment of these Capital
Expenditures;
NOW, THIMEFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OMWIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOM: that Revenue Sharing Funds in the amount of $287,656.54
be transferred from Account Number 203-203-965.00 to the Central Equipment
Fund Account Number 602-000-501.00; and,
FURTHER, that the Revenue Sharing Fund hereby be closed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
s,,...,,.ilm_ember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained:_ None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
