Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, A regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of
December 1988. The following were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur
The following umbers were absent: Councilmember Sisk

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 18.271 M.S.A., the Weed
Inspector of the City of Plymouth has caused the 1988 Weed Eradication and
Destruction Roll 3 on certain lands within said City, and a determination has
been made that certain charges thereto have riot been paid as provided by law,
and the total amount of such work amounts to $1,695.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMDVZH, M NNES M
1. The cost of such assessment to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $1,695.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Weed Inspector,
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel
of land within the district affected without regard to cash
valuation, as provided by law, and the clerk shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public
inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
