Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of December , 1978.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-894
REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEIT
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from the
County of Hennepin a description of land within its corporate limits which has become
the property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, the parcels of land described below have heretofore been classified by the
Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as nonconservati-m land
and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County
Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by
said Board of County Commissioners of the parcels of land described as nonconservation
land is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that the parcels be conveyed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282 for public use
as hereinafter shown:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, _
Ricker and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
