Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th
day of December , 1988 The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 88-891B
APPROVING TAXICAB LICENSES
WHEREAS, two applications for Taxicab licenses have been received for
consideration by the City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter
1146; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and found no
reason to deny the licenses requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Taxicab licenses are hereby approved for a period of
January 1, 1989 through December 31, 1989 for Town Taxi Company and Yellow Taxi
Service Corporation provided that such approval is contingent upon receipt by
the City of required certificates of insurance no later than Dec::mber 31, 1988.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker and Zitur . The following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
