HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-889CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of December , 1988 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-889 APPROVING AMUSEMENT AND THEATRE LICENSE FOR PLYMOUTH PLACE HOTEL WHEREAS, the City has received an application for renewal of an Amusement and Theatre License from Plymouth Place Hotel, in accordance with Chapter XI, Section 1100 of the City Code, and WHEREAS, all required fees have been paid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Amusement and Theatre License is hereby approved for Plymouth Place Hotel, 2703 Annapolis Lane North, for the period of one year from January 1, 1989, through December 31, 1989, with the condition that proof of worker's compensation and liability insurance coverage is submitted to the City by December 31, 1988. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
